| Exhibit highlight | The Tokyo Electric Generation Company, Inc. (TEG) surveils and controls our 77 hydroelectric power stations which have a generating capacity of 186,787kW and is generating about 900 GWh electric power per year. To apply the hydroelectric power more efficiently, TEG actively work for renewal or repowering the existing facilities, for “small and micro hydroelectric power generation business” using the city water and sewerage systems/agricultural water and for “hydroelectric power system reform business” with restoring the aging hydroelectric power stations. TEG also provides the development and refurbishment consulting works and operation and maintenance support of other companies’ facilities as a specialist of hydroelectric power business. Furthermore, setting “renewable energy” as our keyword, TEG is providing the consulting service and operation and maintenance support of geothermal/ biomass/wind power. With people who run forestry-related business and hot springs business in regional, TEG is now challenging the small-scale woody biomass and geothermal binary power generation which change unused energy to electrical energy. |
